The striker scored his seventh and eighth strikes of the campaign, moving the undefeated side four points ahead, ahead of Middlesbrough forthcoming fixture at Wednesday.

Sheffield United Stage Second Period Fightback

United netted 3 second-half goals to come from behind and defeat fellow struggling side Blackburn three-one to secure consecutive league victories. In a game of not much skill, the indicators did not look good for Chris Wilder’s visitors when they fell behind just prior to the interval through Yuki Ohashi’s 2nd goal of the campaign. But, the Blades fought back in style after the break.

After being awarded a boost through Axel Henriksson’s 54th-minute own strike, the Blades carved Rovers open twice more. Burrows converted O'Hare's perfectly weighted pass in the seventieth minute before his fellow substitute Campbell slotted a third from close range in stoppage time.

United move out of the relegation zone for the first time this season but the second period was disappointing for Blackburn and their fans, who expressed their feelings evident at the final whistle after a result which drops them a place to 23rd.

The Rams Defeat Norwich to Increase Pressure

David Ozoh’s maiden goal of the campaign gave County a 1-0 victory over Norwich City to add to the pressure on Manning. The on-loan Palace player scored early in the second period to secure Derby's first home win of the campaign and send Norwich to a defeat which sent them into the Championship's bottom three. It should have been a different story after Norwich completely dominated the opening half but they were unable to take several excellent chances.
