Vince Zampella, the mind behind the globally famous video game Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.
The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the development studio he co-founded.
The renowned industry figure died after his car crashed and caught fire on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, US media outlets report.
